New York

We got to spend a day in New York City as a family during our Christmas vacation to Connecticut. We found out that Katie is pregnant and we are so excited for them. Here we are, the two preggies waiting for everyone to get ready to leave.
My little sister Kim is growing up and getting so beautiful!
Here's my big little brother Jeffrey. He gets taller every time I see him.
We took this same picture four years ago. We really don't look too much different though. I guess that's a good thing.
Me in front of the temple.

We were able to visit the new 9/11 museum. This is a window from one of the planes that hit the world trade center.
Don looking at all this pictures of people who died.

Me and Jeff on the subway.

In the park.

Time to eat!
The biggest slice of pizza I've ever had.
Don, mom and dad trying to figure out which subway to take.

The girls waiting for the subway.

In front of the Statue of Liberty.

At the Hershey Store.
The boys waiting for the girls to use the bathroom at the M&M store...a common theme throughout our trip.
Yea! We found a Jamba Juice! I miss these.

Christmas

This is Christmas morning in Connecticut! We had a wonderful Christmas with my family and miss them so much already.

On Christmas Eve we opened one present from Grandma and Grandpa! Thanks for the pajamas! We loved them!
Mom cooking in the kitchen...always staying so busy and making our stay so comfortable and fun!

Don and Brady playing the in snow after a snow storm.
I cut over a foot off of Katie's hair. She looks fabulous with her new do.

Mom, Katie and went had a girls lunch at The Cheese Cake Factory. We missed Kim, but she had a basketball practice.

Christmas Treats

Don and I attempted to make Christmas treats this year for friends and family. We had a really fun time spending the night together experimenting on various candies and cookies.
My first batch of toffee! It actually turned out. I've watched my mom make it every Christmas for my entire life and I picked it up after 25 years!
We made a huge mess!
We used a lot of chocolate.
Don was awesome at making the mint with chocolate cookies...and he looked so good doing it!
The finished products!

Birthday Party

On December 16th we celebrated mine and Dad Norris and Jill's birthdays. We had a big family dinner and also celebrated Christmas as a family. Thanks to all those who worked so hard (especially mom) for the party. We loved it.
The three birthday cakes...sort-of.

Cindy, Jill and I all wore purple that night...so of course we needed a purple sisters picture.
The big birthday dinner.

The three birthday kids! (and little Kate)
Thank you Kent and Kate for sending me an edible birthday present. It was so yummy and I loved it!
